Tech Report: Apple TV Sets On The Horizon?
SAN FRANCISCO(KCBS)-- On the same day the biography of Apple co-founder Steve Jobs hit stores, Apple analysts predict the tech giant is just a little over a year away from releasing televisions.
KCBS Technology Analyst Larry Magid said in the book about Steve Jobs, he is quoted saying he would like to create an integrated television set that is extremely easy to use.
Magid said his guess is that Apple TV will be a box that plugs into a television set.
Magid said he has mixed feelings about an Apple TV.
KCBS Technology Analyst Larry Magid:
"I wonder how they could create a TV that was so great that people would be willing to replace their current TV," he said.
