2 Hurt In Oakland Shooting

OAKLAND (CBS SF) -- Two people were injured Sunday afternoon in a shooting, according to Oakland police.

Two people suffered non-life threatening injures in the incident, which occurred on the 2300 block of High Street around 1 p.m., according to police.

The shooting is at least the third to take place in the same weekend.

A 25-year-old man was shot and killed on the 2600 block of Fruitvale Avenue Saturday afternoon around 3 p.m., police said.

A another shooting was reported at 10:21 p.m. Saturday on the 1200 block of Seventh Street.

Two victims were found on the scene suffering from gunshot wounds.

They were transported to a local hospital where they are in stable condition.

Police have no suspects in Saturday's shootings.
