Fire truck at the scene of a 3-alarm fire in the Berkeley hills.
BERKELEY (CBS SF) — Firefighters were battling a 3-alarm fire in the Berkeley Hills Tuesday night.
The blaze broke out around 8:30 p.m. at a 3-story home on Miller and Keeler Avenues and spread to the home next door.
A man who was house sitting at one of the homes said the fire appeared to have started in a tree.
Residents at several surrounding homes were evacuated.
