Man Dies In Shooting At San Jose Apartment Complex

SAN JOSE (CBS SF) - San Jose police on Monday identified a man who was shot and killed in San Jose on Sunday night as 20-year-old Ramon Ruano.

The San Jose man was fatally shot in a rear parking lot of an apartment complex in the 4300 block of Blackford Avenue at 10:15 p.m.

He was pronounced dead at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center.

Police have not identified any suspects, and the circumstances and motive for the shooting are under investigation.

Ruano's death marks the city's third homicide of the year.
