TRACY (CBS SF) — The California Highway Patrol has recovered a car belonging to a missing Valley Transit Authority Worker in Tracy.

CHP officers found the car belonging to 63-year-old Ray Halsell down an embankment near Interstate 580 and Corral Hollow Road. Halsell was inside the car and apparently died in the crash.

Halsell was last seen on Thursday leaving his job in San Jose to go back to Tracy. His family reported him missing when he didn’t show up at home.
