7-Eleven Employee Shot, Killed Inside Milpitas Store

MILPITAS (CBS SF) — An employee at a Milpitas 7-Eleven store was shot dead early Saturday morning, according to police.

Police were called to the store at 1496 N. Milpitas Blvd. shortly before 2:15 a.m. on a report of an injured employee, according to Sgt. Huy Tran.

Officers found the victim, a male employee, with a gunshot wound.

He was declared dead at the scene.
