OAKLAND (CBS SF) — A traffic collision is blocking the two right lanes of southbound Interstate Highway 880 in Oakland, according to the California Highway Patrol.

A Sig-alert was issued at 5:41 a.m., according to the CHP.

The multi-vehicle collision, located just north of the 23rd Avenue off-ramp, was reported shortly before 5 a.m., according to the CHP.
