SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) — A multi-vehicle collision is blocking westbound lanes of Interstate Highway 80 just west of the Bay Bridge in San Francisco Friday morning, a California Highway Patrol officer said.
The crash was reported at about 6:50 a.m. just west of the Fremont Street off-ramp from westbound Highway 80, CHP Officer James Evans said.
One of the vehicles overturned in the crash, Evans said. No injuries have been reported, he said.
The collision was blocking two middle westbound lanes of the highway as of shortly after 7 a.m., Evans said. He said there was no estimate yet for when the lanes will reopen.
