Suspects In Custody In Shooting That Injured 4 In East Oakland

OAKLAND (CBS SF) -- Four people were injured in a shooting in East Oakland Saturday morning, a police officer said.

Officers responded to a shooting near the intersection of 85th Avenue and International Boulevard around 7:30 a.m., Officer Kevin McDonald said.

Four people suffered various injuries and were transported to local hospitals. All are expected to survive.

McDonald said police detained two suspects in connection with the shooting.

No further information was immediately available.
