San Jose Stabbing Victim Hospitalized; 1 Arrested

SAN JOSE (CBS SF) -- Police were investigating a stabbing that occurred early Thursday morning near Doerr Park in San Jose.

About 1:15 a.m. police received a report that a man had been stabbed in the 2700 block of Custer Drive.

The victim was transported to a hospital after a known suspect stabbed him, police said.

Officers located the victim at a hospital where he was treated for injuries not considered to be life-threatening.

About 4:15 a.m., officers found the suspect in the area of Doerr Park.

The suspect was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Santa Clara County Jail, police said.
