Oakland (CBS Sports) – Steph Curry said Sunday that his ankle, which required a painkiller injection just to play on, probably isn’t going to improve for the duration of this series, or maybe even the playoffs.

Curry wasn’t his usual self on Sunday despite a pretty stellar stat line. He made shots he usually makes and some incredible ones. But he also looked disengaged, and it was Jarrett Jack who really carried the Warriors to tie the series.

Curry’s ankle will improve with evey day off, but he cannot suffer another tweak. Anything else and he’s going to have to miss time.
