Vacaville Brush Fire Reaches 6 Alarms; Homes Threatened
VACAVILLE (CBS SF) - A six-alarm vegetation fire burning north of Vacaville Monday afternoon was threatening several structures that include homes and barns, a fire battalion chief said.
The fire was reported off Timm Road, between Buena Vista and Clancy lanes, at about 2:45 p.m., Vacaville Fire Protection District Battalion Chief Tim Walton said.
The blaze went to six alarms around 3 p.m., Walton said.
