2 Hurt, Detained In Fremont Fight

FREMONT (CBS SF) -- Two men were injured and detained following a fight in Fremont Monday night, police said.

Around 8:45 p.m., Fremont police officers received a report of an assault with a deadly weapon at a home in the 43000 block of Osgood Road.

The two subjects, both in their mid to late 40s, were detained by officers.

One of the men had significant, but not life-threatening stab wounds, and was transported to a hospital, police said.

The second man suffered shoulder and neck injuries consistent with a blunt object and he was transported to a nearby hospital, according to police.

Police said both men were uncooperative in the investigation.
