Morgan Hill Man Arrested On Suspicion Of Lewd Acts With A Child
MORGAN HILL (CBS SF) -- A Morgan Hill man was arrested earlier this week on suspicion of committing lewd and lascivious acts with a child, police said.
Police on Monday arrested Omar Jimenez, 39, of Morgan Hill, for allegedly molesting a child on at least two different occasions.
At about 11:30 p.m. Monday, officers responded to the 16700 block of Barnell Avenue, police said.
Upon arrival, the officers were advised that the suspect had molested a juvenile family member on multiple occasions, police said.
Jimenez was booked into Santa Clara County Jail, according to police.
