Track Problems Cause System-Wide BART Delays
SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- An equipment problem on the BART tracks outside the West Oakland BART station caused major delays system wide Thursday morning, a BART employee said.
The problem occurred about 11:20 a.m. and was resolved about 20 minutes later, the employee said.
As of 11:50 a.m., BART was reporting roughly 20-minute residual delays.
