MILLBRAE (CBS SF) — One firefighter was treated at a hospital after being injured in a fire in Millbrae Friday that damaged five apartments, a battalion chief said.

Fire crews responded to 360 Vallejo Drive at about 10:30 a.m. on the report of spoke inside of the building, Acting Battalion Chief Dave Cresta said.

No residents were injured. The firefighter was released from the hospital, he said.

The cause of the blaze remains under investigation. A damage estimate has not been released.
