49ers Fan Fest Planned For This Weekend
SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) – The San Francisco 49ers will hold their third annual Fan Fest from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday at Candlestick Park.
The team said fans of all ages are welcome to join the 49ers for an up-close experience, as the team holds its only public practice of training camp on their home field from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Prior to practice, the 49ers will offer live entertainment and a Kids Zone with inflatable games, as well as a variety of other activities. 49ers team gear will also be on sale at the two team stores located in the stadium's Grand Plaza.
The team said parking gates will open two hours prior to the event, at 10 a.m., in the main interior lot, entering through gates 2, 3, or 4. Parking is free and tailgating is permitted.
