Pedestrian Hospitalized After Being Hit Near Golden Gate Park

SAN FRANCISCO (KCBS)—A vehicle hit and injured a pedestrian in San Francisco’s Richmond district near Golden Gate Park on Friday morning.

The collision took place at 25th Avenue and Fulton Street—at the entrance to Crossover Drive— about 8:45 a.m. The victim was taken to San Francisco General Hospital. No report on his or her condition was made available.

While paramedics were on scene, service on Muni’s 5 Fulton bus was delayed but service on that line was back to normal later in the day.

Police officials have yet to release details about the incident.
