(KCBS) — KCBS Entertainment Editor Jan Wahl reviews “Don Jon”, the story of a modern-day Lothario (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) who tries to balance his time between the two loves of his life: his girlfriend (Scarlett Johansson) and online pornography.

Gordon-Levitt also writes and directs the feature. Also staring Julianne Moore, Tony Danza and Glenne Headly.

DON JON (R) 90 min

Joseph Gordon-Levitt writes, directs and stars in “Don Jon.” At the beginning we meet a popular sexy guy able to find a different gal every weekend yet prefers internet porn in which the women are one dimensional—and also easy.

But he finally meets a real woman, played by Scarlett Johansson and later on, Julianne Moore.

It’s because of those women that his life goes from internet to out of control.

Graphic but gutsy—it’s a really good adult film, especially the last half hour. Terrific!

Don’t miss it!

This is really interesting filmmaking.
