SANTA CRUZ (CBS SF) — A 70-year-old man who had been living on a boat at the Santa Cruz Harbor was found dead in the water at the harbor on Sunday, a police spokesman said.
Santa Cruz and harbor police responded to a call at around 9 a.m. Sunday about a body floating in the water, Santa Cruz police Lt. Dan Flippo said.
Officers examined the boat where the man had lived and found no signs of foul play, Flippo reported.
