Recently, Davis was tapped to become an honorary captain of the team to promote awareness of the sport. About why he said yes, Davis said “…if you can bring in an awareness (to the sport), what I’m doing is helping them. And that’s is what it’s all about. It’s all about helping the next individual, the next person advance.” He even gives host Arsenio a chance to flex his curling skills.
