Teenage Man Caught Masturbating Behind Pleasant Hill Elementary School
PLEASANT HILL (CBS SF) -- A police officer arrested an 18-year-old man discovered masturbating behind Pleasant Hill Elementary School Tuesday afternoon, a police sergeant said.
At about 12:30 p.m., officers were called to the creek area behind Pleasant Hill Elementary School on a report of a male masturbating, according to police Sgt. T. Frank.
Upon arrival, an officer saw the suspect's lewd conduct and arrested him, according to the sergeant.
No children were present while the man committed the lewd act nor at the time of his arrest, according to Frank.
