Man With Head Injury Found Dead In Redwood City Park
REDWOOD CITY (CBS SF) - Police in Redwood City are investigating the death of a man whose body was found at a park Monday morning.
Officers and fire personnel responded to a report of a man lying on the ground with a head injury at Red Morton Park, located at 1120 Roosevelt Ave., at about 8:30 a.m., Lt. Sean Hart said.
When authorities arrived, they found the man suffering from a head injury. He was transported to a hospital where he was pronounced dead, Hart said.
An autopsy is scheduled to determine the death of the man, but Hart said the death remains under investigation.
The name of the victim has not yet been released.
