SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) – An at-risk teenage girl who ran away from her San Jose home Monday was safely located and reunited with her family, police said Wednesday morning.

Cyana “Nana” O’Donnel, 13, had run away from her home in the 2900 block of David Avenue. She was considered at-risk because of health issues that required medication.
