Man Hurt In Shooting In San Francisco
SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- A man was injured in a shooting on Market Street near the Tenderloin neighborhood Saturday evening amid the city's annual Pride celebration, a police spokesman said.
At about 7 p.m., San Francisco police officers responded to a shooting at the intersection of Market and Mason streets, San Francisco police Officer Gordon Shyy said.
Upon arrival, officers located a man suffering from gunshot wounds, Shyy said.
The victim was transported to San Francisco General Hospital for treatment and is expected to survive, according to Shyy.
