(CBS SF) — A Sacramento man whose last name is Smoke is under arrest, accused of starting a 3,700 acre wildfire in Shasta County.

Freddie Alexander Smoke III has been charged with recklessly causing a fire, and marijuana cultivation.

Cal Fire says Smoke was trying to deliver soil to an illegal marijuana grow site, when part of his rental truck’s exhaust hit dry grass and sparked the Bully Fire.

Mandatory evacuations for the area affected by the fire were lifted Saturday night.

The fire is ten percent contained.
