Neighbors Say 49ers Player's San Jose Home Is Site Of Raging Parties

SAN JOSE (CBS SF) -- Ray McDonald drove his new Bentley down Bentley ridge drive Monday night, a street that's typically quiet, except when neighbors say the 49er throws one of his raging house parties.

That was the case Saturday, when McDonald celebrated his 30th birthday. An empty wine glass still sits on the front lawn. Things looked tidy early on though. Teammate Vernon Davis Instagrammed this photo of the pool, saying he was enjoying the scene.

By the early morning hours, things turned serious. A call was made to the police department:

"Her fiancé was hitting her. She is ten weeks pregnant," a dispatcher said.

Neighbors were too afraid to go on camera, but McDonald's direct neighbors say the music was so loud it set off their window alarms. Another one said they had to go into another room in the house to deal with the noise

Police sources say McDonald's fiancé showed officers bruises on her arm and neck.

This isn't the first time neighbors have seen cops in the upscale community. In September, Aldon smith crashed his pickup truck into a tree and skidded onto someone's lawn, apparently after leaving one of McDonald's parties. Smith was arrested for DUI and marijuana possession.

Neighbors say these kinds of big parties happen about 5 times a season. Bringing unwanted crowds of late night drunks, and at least 40 cars to the block.
