East Oakland Shooting Leaves 1 Dead
OAKLAND (CBS SF) -- A 27-year-old man was shot and killed in East Oakland early Saturday morning, police said.
Officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 3300 block of 72nd Avenue near MacArthur and Foothill boulevards shortly after 1 a.m., according to police.
The victim, an Oakland resident, was found and pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
No arrests were made and no suspect information was immediately available.
