Woman Hurt, At Least 1 Arrested During Giants World Series Victory Parade

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) - The massive crowd assembled for the San Francisco Giants World Series victory parade in San Francisco wasn't entirely peaceful.

One woman was taken away on a stretcher and a second person was arrested just minutes before the parade formally got underway. Veronica De La Cruz tweeted the information as the first vehicles left the Embarcadero to head down Market Street.

It wasn't immediately clear how the woman was injured or why the arrest was made. We will have details if they become available.
