Pro Golfer From SJSU Pops Question At Pebble Beach
PEBBLE BEACH (CBS SF) - A former San Jose State golfer is now a husband to be after going down on one knee on the 18th green Thursday at the Pebble Beach Pro-Am golf tournament.
With waves crashing in the background, Mark Hubbard proposed to girlfriend Meghan McCurley to end an even par 72 on day one of the tournament.
After the round, McCurley climbed under the ropes and appeared to gasp as the 3rd year pro asked for her hand. When she said "yes," the crowd erupted.
The couple was all smiles after.
