4th & Final Body Found From Bodega Bay Boating Party

SAN RAFAEL (CBS/AP) — The search is over for the final missing boater from a fatal Bodega Bay fishing trip after a Sonoma County Sheriff's Office helicopter crew spotted the body on the Marin County shoreline.

The Marin Independent Journal reports the group of four was reported missing April 17 and 39-year-old David Breeden was the last to be found.

Two bodies identified as 61-year-old Diane Kelly, Breeden's girlfriend, and 59-year-old Richard Hargreaves Jr. were found near Bird Rock the day after the group went missing. On April 22, 28-year-old Ryan Viall's body was found.

Sheriff's Lt. and assistant Marin County coroner Keith Boyd says foul play isn't expected, and toxicology tests will show whether drowning was the cause of death.
