CLAYTON (CBS SF) -- Gunfire at a Contra Costa County Sheriff's Department gun range started an 11-acre fire near Clayton Thursday, according to East Contra Costa Fire Protection District Battalion Chief Jeff Burris.

The fire was reported at 2:30 p.m. at the gun range at 12000 Marsh Creek Road, Burris said.
