Twitter Website Down For Nearly 30 Minutes Monday
SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- Many people attempting to access Twitter through a web browser Monday morning are reporting the social media website is down.
UPDATE: Twitter is back up and running as of 12:10 p.m. PST
Users logging on to Twitter's homepage are greeted by this message:
"Something is technically wrong. Thanks for noticing - we're going to fix it up and have things back to normal soon."
Over 850 people on Down Detector reported Twitter wasn't loading as of 11:38 a.m. PST.
Tweetdeck also appears to be impacted by the outage, but the Twitter mobile app and Hootsuite are working.
No word yet on what appears to be the problem.
