SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) - Former 49er Terrell Owens reportedly had a police report filed against him by a man claiming the former Pro Bowl receiver threw a cup of hot coffee at him during an argument outside a Southern California Starbucks.

Video of the incident, which was obtained by TMZ Sports, appears show the man arguing with Owens calling the NFL veteran the n-word and describing him as a "knuckle-running, spear-chucking, monkey-ass looking (expletive)."

The man involved in the incident, identified only as "Arman," says T.O. kicked him inside of the shop and told TMZ that he got "purposefully racist" outside in order to make Owens mad.

It was not immediately clear if the incident would result in any legal action.

Owens played in the NFL from 1996 to 2010, including is first eight years in San Francisco. He was a six-time prow bowler who led the league in touchdowns three different times.
