Donald Trump Says He Would Force Apple To Make Its Products In The U.S.
CUPERTINO (CBS SF) -- Donald Trump said Monday during a speech in Virginia he would force Apple to make its products in the U.S.
The presidential hopeful said the government should penalize U.S. firms that go overseas to make their goods.
"We're going to get Apple to build their damn computers and things in this country instead of in other countries," Trump said.
Apple manufactures most of its products in China, but does manufacture some items in the U.S.
