Hayward Police Chief On Administrative Leave Due To 'Personnel Issue'

HAYWARD (CBS SF) -- Hayward's police chief is on leave.

In a statement the department said Chief Diane Stuart was "placed on paid administrative leave for a personnel issue."

The City Manager has appointed Captain Mark Koller as acting chief.

The police department said the reasons were confidential. No other details were available.
