Fatal Multi-Vehicle Crash On Highway 101 In San Mateo Possible DUI
SAN MATEO (CBS SF) -- The California Highway Patrol Saturday morning was on the scene of a fatal multi-vehicle crash on southbound U.S. Highway 101 in San Mateo.
The crash occurred on the highway near state Highway 92 at around 3 a.m., according to the CHP.
A Sig-alert was issued.
Investigators said three people were taken to the hospital, with major and minor injuries.
Alcohol along with the wet road conditions were likely a factor, according to the CHP.
