Tri-Valley Forecast: Cooler Temps With More Rain Ahead

DUBLIN (CBS SF) -- The Tri-Valley got a good soaking overnight with an inch of rain falling between late Tuesday and early Wednesday. Cooler temperatures in the low-to-mid 60s are expected with partial clearing over the course of the afternoon, but more rain is on the horizon.
