DUBLIN (CBS SF) — Temperatures remain well above average on Monday in the Tri-Valley area, with most thermometers registering in the mid-to-upper 70s in the region. Winds are a bit breezy due to a weak weather system traveling over the East Bay, but later this week residents can expect the first spring rain of the season.
