Body Found In Pedestrian Tunnel At BART Bay Fair Station

SAN LEANDRO (CBS SF) — A man who was found dead at the Bay Fair BART station in San Leandro Thursday morning has been identified as 33-year-old Troy Je’Vaughn Gilbert-Key, according to the Alameda County coroner’s bureau.

The discovery was first reported at 5:26 a.m. in a pedestrian tunnel from the parking lot on the west side of the station to the concourse or entry gates into the station, watch commander Lt. Gil Lopez said.

Gilbert-Key’s death remains under investigation, according to the coroner’s bureau.

  1. Maybe Troy Je’Vaughn Gilbert-Key just didn’t want to pay the outrageous BART fares and wanted a free ride…..LOL
