NRA Loses Latest Challenge To San Francisco Gun, Bullet Regulations

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Tuesday said the city can require handgun owners to secure weapons in lockers, keep them on their bodies or apply trigger locks to the guns when stored at home. The three-judge panel also upheld the city’s sales ban on ammunition that expands on impact and is often referred to as hollow point bullets.
