Californians have their dimmest view ever of Congress, according to a new poll, and the disapproval extends to both of California’s U.S. senators.
The survey released Tuesday shows 48 percent of registered voters approve of Gov. Brown’s initial performance as governor, while 21 percent disapprove and nearly one-third have no opinion.
