A federal safety board report is expected to reveal the official cause of the Asiana Airlines crash at San Francisco International Airport in July of last year that left three people dead.

PG&E Amends Filing, Doesn’t Blame San Bruno Blast Victims

Pacific Gas & Electric Co. said a court filing in response to lawsuits over the fatal San Bruno pipeline explosion was not intended to hold victims at fault in any way for the blast.

PG&E San Bruno Explosion Lawsuit Defense Includes Blaming Victims

The utility company whose ruptured pipeline killed eight people in a massive explosion is seeking a jury trial to fight dozens of lawsuits, and part of its defense includes placing partial blame on some of the victims of the blast.
