Residents living in some Berkeley neighborhoods have been kept up at night over mysterious booms heard in the area over the past few weeks.
The trendy neighborhood is attracting new residents and it’s driving up rents.
The 8- by 12-foot parking space is in an enclosed garage in a condominium building. The spot in the city’s trendy South Beach neighborhood sold last week for $82,000.
Thousands of Sierra Nevada residents said they heard a loud boom on Sunday morning and many experts believe it was caused by a passing meteor shower.
Judging by some of the methods being used to lure potential employees, the high-tech boom is back in San Francisco.
