One person arrested on suspicion of DUI in one of three collisions, one of which was fatal, on Interstate Highway 880 in Hayward early Thursday morning has been identified as an Oakland man, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office has identified the pedestrian who died after he was struck by two vehicles on U.S. Highway 101 Wednesday morning as 26-year-old Daniel Estrada Heidecker of Santa Rosa.
