Throughout the John Elway – Peyton Manning Era, a focus on offense was apparent. But things have changed this season, and possibly for the better, as the Broncos are more well-suited to face the playoffs this time around.
The 3-12 Oakland Raiders travel to Denver for their 2014 finale against the Broncos, and it’s probable the Broncos may not have much to play for, in terms of playoff seeding. But Denver will still want to win the game, and the Raiders haven’t been very good on the road this year at all—the Silver & Black is winless, in fact, away from the Coliseum.

The addition of DeMarcus Ware means the Denver Broncos will have one of the scariest pass-rushing duos in football again.
Both teams are mostly healthy, but there are some concerns here and there for each squad in a short week of rest and recovery from the previous game.
