17-Year-Old Facing 7 Years After Plea Deal For Lighting Teen’s Skirt On Fire

A 17-year-old boy pleaded no contest Thursday morning and faces seven years in prison for setting another teen’s skirt on fire on an Alameda-Contra Costa Transit bus last year, according to the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office.

San Francisco Protester Gets 2 Years For Throwing Bricks At Police

A year to the day after he was arrested for throwing bricks at San Francisco police officers, a protester was sentenced Wednesday to two years in state prison for a felony assault charge, prosecutors said.
