KPIX 5 Poll: Majority Of San Franciscans Support New Warriors Waterfront Arena

A majority of San Francisco residents continue to support building a new arena along the city’s waterfront to lure the Golden State Warriors across the Bay from Oakland, according to a KPIX-TV 5 poll released Monday evening.

Public Divided Over Proposed Warriors Arena On SF Waterfront

San Francisco’s Planning Commission on Thursday gave the public an opportunity to weigh in on the proposal to build the Golden State Warriors’ Arena at Piers 30-32. Reaction ranged from unbridled enthusiasm to serious concerns.
