SF Man Accused Of Stealing Relative’s Car; Trying To Run Him Over

A San Francisco man was arrested in Berkeley after he stole an elderly relative’s car and attempted to run him over with it in San Carlos on Monday, according to the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office.
