Teen Sought In Attempted Murder Of CHP Officer Arrested In Palo Alto

A suspect believed to have been one of two people in a car that rammed and shot at a California Highway Patrol vehicle in Oakland earlier this summer was arrested in East Palo Alto Wednesday, police said.
